Terms of Service

These terms apply to Channelflow, a customer-messaging application operated by PT. Unicorn Food and Services, and to the staff accounts used to sign in to it.

Accounts

Accounts are issued to named people, not shared. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think it has been exposed. What an account can see and change is set by its role.

Connected channels

Connecting a WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or email account means confirming you are entitled to act for it. Each platform sets its own rules and we follow them — including who may open a conversation, how long we may reply, and what may be sent. Credentials you enter are stored encrypted and used only to send and receive on that channel.

Platform terms

Using Channelflowwith a connected platform does not replace that platform's own terms — they continue to apply to the account you connect. For TikTok specifically, we access direct messages through the Business Messaging API only for the Business Account that has authorised us, we abide by TikTok's developer terms and policies, and either side may end that access at any time: you by withdrawing the authorisation, TikTok by revoking ours.

Automated replies

Many replies are produced by an AI assistant. It is built to hand a conversation to a person when it is unsure or the subject is sensitive, but it can still be wrong, and the business operating it remains responsible for what is said to its customers. Do not rely on it for anything urgent, medical, or an emergency.

Acceptable use

No unsolicited bulk messaging, no impersonation, and no using the service to harass anyone or to break the rules of a connected platform. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for a message a platform fails to deliver, nor for losses beyond what Indonesian law makes us responsible for. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by agreement.
